CreativeThoughts is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. As a fresher, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow by assisting in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our IT services. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Assist in identifying potential leads and qualifying them via platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and networking. Sales Cycle Support: Help manage the sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, under the guidance of senior team members. Client Communication: Assist in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Proposal Preparation & Negotiation Support: Help in preparing proposals and supporting the negotiation and closing of deals. Sales Strategy Assistance: Learn to develop strategies to achieve business targets and contribute to business growth.
