Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Identify and connect with potential students or professionals interested in financial education.
  • Convert leads into enrollments through effective consultation and follow-ups.
  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Meet or exceed the monthly sales target.
  • Maintain a consistent and growing sales pipeline.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and enrolled students.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools or company platforms.
  • Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
  • Collaboration & Feedback
  • Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to optimize the sales process.
  • Share customer feedback to support course improvement and strategy refinement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
