Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive for Field Sales, to join our on-site team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, pursuing potential leads, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and managing existing accounts. The role demands conducting market research, networking to identify potential customers, creating sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Candidates will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
• Strong abilities in Business development and Account Management, with a focus on fostering relationships with clients.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical aptitude and strategic thinking to identify market opportunities and develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the IT/Process Automation sector is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
