Job Overview:

Business Development Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Qualification:

• Manage end-to-end lead generation and qualification process.
• Identify and reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other online tools.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients.

• Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Indian and US markets.
• Present software development and maintenance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Demonstrate value proposition and business impact to close deals.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.

• Client Engagement & Negotiation:

• Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
• Lead negotiations and finalize contracts.
• Maintain a strong and up-to-date sales pipeline with regular reporting to management.

• Collaboration & Market Intelligence:

• Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns supporting sales goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience:

• 2-6 years of experience in IT sales, specifically in Domestic staffing market.
• Proven success in cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and using online lead generation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets and close high-value deals.

• Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Sound understanding of software development processes and technologies.
