The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business, acquiring clients, and building long-term relationships with companies requiring recruitment, staffing, or manpower solutions. The role focuses on revenue growth through client acquisition and service expansion.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for permanent hiring, contract staffing, and bulk manpower requirements
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and field visits
Understand client hiring needs, workforce requirements, and timelines
Present recruitment and staffing solutions tailored to client requirements
Negotiate commercials, close deals, and onboard new clients
Coordinate with recruitment/TA teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Track sales activities, follow-ups, and closures using CRM or MIS reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Stay updated on market trends, industry hiring needs, and competitor activities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Good understanding of recruitment, staffing, and manpower services
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication
Problem-solving and consultative selling approach& responsibilities
