• Strong knowledge of QMS, EMS, and OHSMS (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001)
• Knowledge of quality standards, legal, and customer requirements
• Auditing skills (internal, supplier, customer)
• Statistical analysis and data interpretation
• Process improvement, problem-solving, and critical thinking
• Customer focus and adaptability to changing requirements
• Knowledge of EHS, safety practices, and mock drills
• Understanding of CSR and supplier compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the Integrated Management System ensuring product, service, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor all quality control processes from raw material to finished goods, including suppliers and outsourced activities.
• Represent the organization for ISO certifications, customer audits, and social compliance audits.
• Plan, conduct, and report internal audits; ensure effective closure of nonconformities and CAPA.
• Implement customer-specific standards and submit periodic compliance reports to the Operations Head.
• Review QMS, EMS, and OHSMS performance and report effectiveness and improvement opportunities to Top Management.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, Factories Act, CPCB/TNPCB, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate mock drills, safety programs, external testing, and statutory renewals (PCB returns, pressure vessel testing, licenses).
• Conduct supplier evaluations, maintain the Approved Supplier List, and monitor supplier code of conduct compliance.
• Identify training needs; conduct and coordinate quality, EHS, and environmental trainings.
• Coordinate Management Review Meetings and present audit results, KPIs, risks, objectives, and action plans.
• Ensure integrity of management systems during changes and promote customer focus across the organization.
