Role overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to who will help in driving growth and expanding market opportunities specific to the agriculture sector. To excel in this position you should have great communication skills with strong interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

● Conduct land visits in multiple states to oversee land processing activities.

● Liaise with government authorities to ensure smooth communication and compliance with regulations. ● Handle all necessary paperwork related to land processing and project subsidies.

● Ensure timely completion and submission of documents required for obtaining subsidies.

● Maintain records of all interactions, agreements, and transactions related to land processing and subsidies.

● Coordinate with internal teams to align land processing activities with project timelines and objectives.

● Coordinating with brokers and local contacts

● Supervising fencing and boundary work

Requirements:

• Degree in Agriculture ,agribusiness ,agricultural economics, or a related field. Degree in business administration or management with an emphasis on agricultural markets.

• Proven experience in land processing and dealing with government authorities

• Strong understanding of subsidy schemes and processes.

• Excellent negotiation , organisational and communication skills both verbal and written

• Ability to work independently and as a part of team

• Strong organisational and time management skills
