Job Description

KEY DELIVERABLES

Promote EduBridge training programs to prospective learners.
Generate quality leads and walk-ins through targeted outreach.
Counsel and enroll learners, ensuring enrollment and revenue targets are met.
Execute marketing and sales initiatives to drive consistent center growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Outreach & Lead Generation

Visit colleges, institutes, and youth communities to promote EduBridge programs.
Conduct demos, awareness sessions, and distribute marketing materials.
Build and maintain a learner database for current and future enrollments.
Mobilize learners from nearby towns and villages, guiding them to the center.

Counseling & Enrollment

Engage with prospects, explain training offerings, and enroll learners.
Address learner queries in collaboration with Trainers and Counselors.

Partnerships & Networking

Identify and onboard network partners to expand reach in local areas.
Support partners in spreading EduBridges value proposition.

Coordination & Reporting

Work with the Center Manager to plan marketing and mobilization activities.
Submit daily lead updates and enquiry forms through Lead Square/WhatsApp.
Support center operations in the absence of the Center Manager or Counselor.

APPROACH & WORK-STYLE

Maintain 100% adherence to SOPs and reporting timelines.
Actively identify high-potential areas for mobilization.
Engage learners with empathy and persistence to drive academy visits.
Apply data-driven insights to improve lead generation channels.
Uphold a learner-first attitude while meeting business goals.
