Role: Business Development Executive
Cold Calling & Lead Generation Budget: 43,000 per month (CTC) Preferred Candidate: Female, with strong communication and client engagement skills.
1. Objective Drive outbound lead generation for Elev8s corporate engagement, recognition, and rewards platform by connecting with target companies and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
2. Key Responsibilities • Make 6080 outbound calls daily to decision-makers (HR Heads, CXOs, Admin Managers, Procurement Leads). • Clearly and persuasively pitch Elev8s offerings. • Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team. • Follow up on warm leads from LinkedIn, ads, and email campaigns. • Keep CRM updated with lead status and call notes. • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
3. Requirements • Female candidate with 13 years’ experience in cold calling, telesales, or inside sales (B2B preferred). • Strong verbal skills in English (Telugu/Hindi is a plus). • Confident in engaging senior corporate professionals over calls. • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting. • Target-driven and self-motivated.
4. KPIs • 10–15 qualified meetings booked per month. • Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate above 20%. 5. Compensation • Fixed Pay: 43,000 per month. • Performance Incentives: Up to 5,000/month. • Total: 47,000/month (CTC). 6. Tools & Support • Company phone/VoIP. • CRM access (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). • Leads database (Apollo.io / LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
