Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Entry Level / Post BDE

Location: Remote

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive who can pitch to clients, convert leads, and bring in new projects to fuel our growth.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients and markets.

- Pitch DOERDEVS’ products and services confidently to clients.

- Convert leads into projects and bring new business opportunities to the company.

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and networking.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies and campaigns.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Prior experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role is a plus but not mandatory (Post BDE candidates encouraged to apply).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
