Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research potential clients and markets. - Pitch DOERDEVS’ products and services confidently to clients. - Convert leads into projects and bring new business opportunities to the company. - Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and networking. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies and campaigns. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Prior experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role is a plus but not mandatory (Post BDE candidates encouraged to apply). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our fast-growing software development company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our IT services (web development, Android/iOS app development, custom software, SaaS, etc.), and closing deals to drive company growth. Responsibilities Build relationships with prospective clients Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and direct outreach. Pitch IT services: Web Apps, Mobile Apps (Android & iOS), SaaS products, UI/UX, and Cloud Solutions. Understand client requirements and propose tailored tech solutions in collaboration with the tech team. Create proposals, scope documents, and quotations. Manage the sales pipeline and maintain CRM records. Negotiate contracts and follow up until the project is closed. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in B2B or IT sales (Fresher with excellent communication can apply). Strong knowledge of software development processes and technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Understanding of IT service sales lifecycle and lead generation.
