🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to support our growth in training programs, internships, and job assistance services.

The role involves student outreach, employer coordination, lead generation, and follow-ups.

This position is ideal for freshers or early-career candidates who want to grow in the education & career services industry.

🧾 Roles & Responsibilities

🔹 Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and approach potential students, freshers, and job seekers
• Promote training programs, internships, and job assistance services
• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, social media, and referrals
• Follow up with interested candidates and guide them through registration

🔹 Employer & Industry Coordination

• Contact local companies, startups, and MSMEs to collect job/internship openings
• Verify job details such as role, skills required, salary, and location
• Maintain employer and job opportunity records
• Share suitable candidate profiles with employers

🔹 Marketing & Promotion Support

• Support promotional activities like posters, WhatsApp campaigns, and local outreach
• Assist in posting verified job openings on approved platforms
• Coordinate with the internal team for events, webinars, and workshops

🔹 Candidate Support & Coordination

• Explain program details, pricing, and terms clearly to candidates
• Assist candidates with onboarding, basic documentation, and communication
• Ensure candidates attend interviews and training sessions
• Collect feedback from candidates and employers

🔹 Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily activity reports (calls made, leads generated, enrollments)
• Update lead and employer data in Excel / Google Sheets
• Track conversions and follow-ups systematically

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate / undergraduate (freshers can apply)
• Basic communication skills in English & Telugu
• Willingness to learn and work with targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Positive attitude and interest in career services

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to convince and explain services clearly
• Organized and disciplined approach to work
• Comfortable with phone calls and follow-ups
