Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering business growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts, along with coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.

Qualifications

Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and acquire potential clients effectively.
Strong skills in Business and Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate strategies, proposals, and ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with digital marketing or related industries is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
