Business Development Executive – Digital & Performance Marketing

Avisio Media is a fast-growing digital & performance marketing agency helping brands scale through result-driven campaigns. Our expertise spans across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and creative strategies tailored for D2C and service-based businesses.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to businesses, building relationships, and onboarding them for our digital marketing and performance marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach methods.

Understand client requirements and pitch tailored digital marketing & performance marketing solutions.

Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients (virtual & in-person).

Collaborate with the internal team to prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing.

Maintain strong client relationships to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in business development / sales (experience in digital marketing industry preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand digital marketing services like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign management.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Proficiency in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Office.
