Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential channel partners (education agents, coaching centers, career counselors, etc.).
  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, social media, cold calls, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure ongoing referrals and cooperation.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, commission structures, and operational terms.
  • Strategically expand the company’s presence in Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging partner segments.
