Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our client’s sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping businesses transform through cloud and IT solutions. This role offers attractive incentives directly linked to closures from your own lead generation — giving high performers the opportunity to significantly boost their earnings. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers. Understand customer needs and provide customized technology solutions. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize for business growth. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal closures. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS / IT / Enterprise Software / B2B Solutions sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, and enterprise software (preferred). Understanding of sales pipelines and customer journey stages. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
