Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to our company's growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and present business proposals to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
