Business Development Executive

You will be joining VRB Consumer Products Pvt Ltd, a leading condiments and sauce company in India known for its quality, innovation, and better-for-you products. With a wide distribution network and a focus on authentic flavors, Veeba takes pride in producing high-quality food products in India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate leads, manage accounts, and develop new business opportunities. - Devise sales strategies to maximize customer share through upselling and cross-selling. - Handle the Horeca Channel including Hotel, Bar and Restaurants, Supermarket, Hyper Market, Institution, Cafeteria, etc. - Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis. - Build and maintain strong relationships with major Hotel chains and Restaurants. - Maximize volume and revenue in Key accounts using fact-based selling methods. - Collaborate with the Head Office to secure competitive pricing and favorable deals. - Ensure a 100% fill rate, follow up on purchase orders, and facilitate smooth delivery. - Meet potential channels and new leads with sales executives/buyers to obtain sales orders. - Develop Key account-specific business plans and measure performance against set targets. - Manage new leads and existing channels, while pitching the expanding range of products. - Plan monthly targets, guide the sales team, and expand the customer base through innovative sales practices and networking. **Qualifications Required:** - Effective communication skills, both internally and externally. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Previous experience in business development or sales roles. - Knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) and sales reporting. - Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets consistently. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, and contributing to the overall success of VRB Consumer Products Pvt Ltd.,
