Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Coordination Executive / Business Development Executive to manage client interactions, data sourcing, communication, and exhibition-related coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to understand basic 3D stall design concepts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage email communication with clients, share proposals, and maintain updated client records.
Source, compile, and manage relevant data for participating clients.
Call and pitch company services to potential and existing clients.
Coordinate with clients regarding exhibition requirements, stall layouts, and design understanding.
Perform field visits, attend client meetings, and coordinate on-site exhibition activities when required.
Maintain proper documentation and follow up on leads, prospects, and client inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams for execution, design understanding, and client delivery.
Ensure timely responses and maintain high-quality communication standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in client coordination, business development, or a similar role.
Strong
communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.
Basic understanding of
3D stall designs, layouts, and fabrication
(preferred).
Comfortable with
field visits
, client meetings, and on-site coordination.
Proficient in
MS Office
and email communication.
Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and manage client expectations effectively.
