Business Development Manager (BDM)Location: NETAJI SUBHASH PLACE

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, 6 Days a Week

Salary: Based on Experience

Probation Period: 3 Months

Joining Date: IMEDIATE

  • Responsibilities:Proposal Creation: Develop and present tailored proposals to clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide team leads to meet business goals.
  • Conversion Management: Achieve 20% monthly conversion rate.
  • Lead Data Management: Oversee and maintain accurate lead data in CRM.
  • Client Relations: Manage client requirements and ensure satisfaction.
  • CRM Expertise: Utilize CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
  • Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report sales and conversion performance.
  • Skills:Strong leadership and communication.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Digital marketing knowledge.
