Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development & Marketing Professional to expand our R&D Analysis Laboratory's outreach for Dr. Bansi Dhar Institute, Gurugram.

The role involves developing business opportunities in Analysis, consultancy, training, and collaborative projects, while building strong networks with industries, academia, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure opportunities for analysis services, consultancy, and R&D collaborations.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partner organizations.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
Represent the institute at seminars, exhibitions, and industry events.
Liaison with the customer for realisation of advance and pending payments
Coordinate with QA team and technical team for redressal of the customer complain
Work with internal R&D and analysis teams to align services with market needs.
Track industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
Ensure the timely delivery of analysis report and research report to the customer

Requirements:

Bachelors/Master’s in Science/Engineering (Physics, Chemistry, Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, Biotechnology, etc.).
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Development preferred.
3–8 years’ experience in Business Development/Marketing (R&D, Analysis Labs, or Scientific Services).
Knowledge of scientific equipment, Analysis workflow, and R&D processes (mandatory).
Strong communication, presentation & networking skills.
