Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitor task lists, timelines, and deliverables; ensure updates are made and deadlines are met.

Maintain organized project files, records, and version-controlled documents.

Assist in preparing regular status reports, summaries, and presentation materials.

Track action items from meetings and ensure timely follow-up with responsible stakeholders

Keep project management tools and shared documents current and accurate.

Assist Project Leader in Project planning and co-ordination.

Publish dashboards & prepare project presentation for senior management review.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/B. Tech Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience. MBA would be an added advantage.

Exemplary planning & time management skills

Outstanding verbal & written communication skills

Should possess strong attention to detail and willingness to work through any issues that emerge

Good knowledge of Computers including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & SAP
