Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs. Your primary tasks will include actively seeking out new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, existing customers, and leads provided by the Bank. You will be required to plan and carry out sales and marketing activities in the assigned areas/markets, as well as organizing meetings with potential clients to evaluate their needs and achieve sales of products and services offered by the Bank. Additionally, you will assist branches in planning and conducting customer meets, and participate in exhibitions and local events on behalf of the Bank to promote the brand, products, and services. Collaboration with the team and branches will be essential to achieve optimum results. You will also need to identify and utilize opportunities for cross-selling other retail products and services offered by the Bank.
