Business Development Executive

You will join a rapidly growing boutique real estate agency focusing on premium farmland acquisitions and investment advisory in the Gurgaon and NCR region. The agency specializes in offering curated land investment opportunities with high appreciation potential to affluent HNIs, urban professionals, and legacy planners. As a Business Development Executive, your role will involve identifying and onboarding new HNI and UHNI clients interested in farmland investment opportunities. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, represent the brand at industry events, collaborate with the marketing team, provide market feedback, and contribute to shaping offerings based on client sentiment and the competitive landscape. You should have 3-6 years of experience in luxury FMCG, premium consumer goods, or high-end lifestyle products, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a consultative selling mindset that focuses on advising rather than simply selling. Professionalism, maturity, and confidence in engaging high-net-worth clients are key requirements. You should be willing to learn about the real estate domain with structured training support and be based in Gurgaon NCR or willing to relocate. Preferred candidates will have a background in brands known for luxury, exclusivity, or premium positioning, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets through relationship-based selling, and an entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a high-growth, unstructured environment.
