About the Role

Creative Square Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a leading Project Management Consultancy (PMC & Interior Fitouts) company, is seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development professional. The candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving growth through strategic sales initiatives in construction, interior fitouts, product-based, or service-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company objectives.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.

* Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and project execution.

* Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations.

* Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic business planning.

* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close deals effectively.

* Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (MBA preferred).

* 35 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within construction, interior fitouts, product, or service-based industries.

* Strong understanding of project-based sales and B2B client management.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.

* Knowledge of digital communication tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

* Ability to leverage LinkedIn and social media for lead generation and networking.

Preferred Experience

* Exposure to interior fitout projects, construction contracting, or infrastructure projects.

* Experience working with builders, architects, PMC clients, and facility management teams.

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
