Position Overview:

5 Senior-Level Project Incharges

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare and manage micro-level project schedules specific to MIVAN/Aluminium Formwork systems.
  
• Ensure timely progress of activities through proactive planning, resource allocation, and daily monitoring.
  
• Lead progress review meetings and implement corrective actions.
  

Execution Structure & Finishing:

• Supervise and ensure high-quality execution from sub-structure to superstructure and finishing stages.
  
• Oversee each step of MIVAN workflow: shuttering, steel fixing, electrical conduits, concrete pouring, de-shuttering, curing, and internal/external finishing.
  

Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC):

• Enforce strict quality measures and inspection protocols at all stages.
  
• Ensure conformance to structural, architectural, and safety standards.
  
• Guide QA/QC team on materials testing, checks, and quality benchmarking.
  

MEP Integration:

• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing teams to ensure seamless execution integrated with civil progress.
  
• Validate MEP designs, routing, and installation plans with respect to the building structure.
  

Budgeting & Cost Control:

• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets with strict cost oversight.
  
• Prevent cost overruns and ensure value engineering wherever applicable.
  

Team Leadership & Client Interface:

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams of 2025 members (Planning, Execution, QA/QC, MEP, Billing).
  
• Mentor site engineers, supervisors, and domain specialists.
  
• Interface with clients, consultants, and vendors for updates, coordination, and conflict resolution.
  
• Represent the company professionally and with authority in client meetings.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  Minimum

  20 years

  in Residential High-Rise Construction with

  extensive hands-on exposure to Aluminium Formwork (MIVAN)

  .

• Technical Strengths:

• In-depth knowledge of the MIVAN construction sequence.
  
• Strong structural and finishing execution skills.
  
• Well-versed in planning, budgeting, quality control, and MEP coordination.
  

• Leadership & Communication:

• Proven leadership in handling large project teams.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  
• Strong decision-making and team mentoring capabilities.
  

• Tools & Software:

  Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and standard site reporting formats.
