Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Project Incharge. The Project Incharge will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of solar energy projects to ensure timely and efficient completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising field teams, monitoring project progress, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with stakeholders to address project needs and challenges. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including team coordination, task scheduling, and progress tracking Technical knowledge of solar energy systems, including AC/DC systems and ground-mounted solar project installation Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively interact with teams, clients, and stakeholders Problem-solving aptitude and attention to quality assurance and safety protocols Proficiency in using design tools and project management software is a plus Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience in project management Prior experience in renewable energy or solar project execution is highly desirable
