Job Description

As a Project Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing travel projects, corporate/group bookings, and end-to-end travel operations. Your strong knowledge of the travel industry, excellent client handling skills, and ability to manage multiple projects with precision and professionalism will be key to your success. - Manage and coordinate end-to-end travel projects (leisure, corporate, group, or MICE). - Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless execution. - Handle client communication, requirements gathering, itinerary planning, and execution. - Ensure timely booking of flights, hotels, visas, and local transportation. - Monitor travel budgets and cost control for assigned projects. - Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve client concerns on-ground or remotely. - Ensure quality service delivery aligned with client expectations. - Maintain post-travel feedback records and drive improvements. Qualification Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Travel, Hospitality, or Business Management. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in travel operations or project handling. - Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations, travel logistics, and supplier networks. - Experience managing B2B/B2C clients or corporate travel accounts preferred. - Willingness to travel if required (domestic/international).
