Business Development Executive – Corporate eLearning, 2–3 Years (Experience in Corporate eLearning / L&D solutions is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Corporate eLearning / Digital Learning Solutions domain.

· Build and maintain relationships with L&D Heads, HR Leaders, and Business Stakeholders in medium to large enterprises.

· Conduct meetings and product demos to present our corporate learning solutions.

· Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal solutioning teams to prepare proposals and quotations.

· Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closure and account handover.

· Maintain regular communication and nurture client relationships for repeat and referral business.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience

· 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the Corporate eLearning / Training / EdTech B2B segment (mandatory).

· Strong understanding of custom eLearning, LMS, blended learning, and digital learning content solutions.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.

· Proven record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.

· Comfortable with CRM tools, email outreach, and LinkedIn-based lead generation.
