Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to spearhead growth initiatives for our Call Center and Contact Center projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue in the customer service solutions industry. This role requires expertise in omni-channel communication systems, CRM tools, and contact center technologies. Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities for BPO, Call Center, and Contact Center services through market research, networking, cold calling, and online platforms. Sales Strategy & Executive : Drive sales efforts to secure outsourcing contracts, handle negotiations, and close deals with Domestic and international clients through inbound/outbound call services, omni-channel integration Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends in customer service technology and competitor offerings. Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, IT) to ensure seamless delivery of client projects. Performance Monitoring : Track sales metrics such as lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Networking & Relationship Management : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build professional connections. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field(preferred). 2 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the call center/contact center industry. Strong knowledge of omni-channel communication systems and CRM tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets under pressure.
