We are looking for Business Development Executive, to assist the sales team in executing sales strategies for generating business from different Colleges and Universities. The ideal candidate will be someone who is willing to learn about sales management skills, andsupport sales team in generating new business, maintaining positive client connections, providing post sale services and keeping all the information and documents fully updated. Key Responsibilities: To assist senior in day to day sales activities like to manage sales schedules and file important documents, writing Minutes of the Meetings etc. Support the sales team in generating new business through cold calling aligning meetings both online and offline, identifying prospects by doing research online and through social media, finding out relevant Educational events across territories, responsible for collections and keep sales team and respective senior updated on the same. To provide proper solutions to client s queries and give after sales support, responding to complaints from clients whenever it s required. Maintain good relationship with existing clients and with potential clients. Contribute to the overall client satisfaction by promptly reverting them either on phone or emails. Able to anticipate, Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems, issues and client expectations in co-ordination with backend team. Act as a point of contact for urgent calls, emails and messages in the absence of senior. Skills: Excellent communication both written and verbal and coordination skills. A good team player with high level of energy, dedication and learning attitude. Working knowledge of Microsoft windows and excel spreadsheet. Efficient is conducting Online Meetings through tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams etc. Should have either a Car or 2 wheeler to move around for local coverage. Education qualification any Bachelor or Masters degree. Last but not the least a person with positive and growth mindset.
