As a Business Development Executive (BDE) - Sales, you play a crucial role in our team by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving sales to meet company revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize market research, networking, and cold outreach to discover potential leads and foster new business prospects. - Client Relationship Building: Establish enduring client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions. - Sales Presentations & Proposals: Showcase services through demonstrations, presentations, and tailored proposals aligned with client needs. - Sales Targets & KPIs: Exceed sales goals to contribute to company growth through consistent effort. - Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully handle negotiations to secure deals that ensure mutual satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. - Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges. - Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to provide a seamless client experience. - Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system. We are looking for individuals with: - Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in a B2B setting. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve and surpass sales targets. - Self-motivation, goal orientation, and a drive to deliver results. - Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is advantageous. - A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a rapidly evolving market. Preferred qualifications include: - Previous work experience in Environment, Waste Management, or Plastic Industry. - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proficiency in Gujarati and English; knowledge of Hindi is a bonus. - Experience with lead generation tools and techniques.,
