Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry contacts. Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to present travel products and services. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions, packages, or itineraries. Prepare business proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with the operations and reservations team for smooth service delivery. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company. Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems. Requirements Skills & Competencies: Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive attitude Good knowledge of the travel and tourism industry Experience in B2B or B2C sales in travel/hospitality is preferred Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and presentation tools Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Preferred Background: 236 years of experience in business development or sales roles Experience in travel, tours, hospitality, or leisure services Strong understanding of tour packages, destinations, and customer expectations Benefits Employee Benefits: Includes EPF, ESI, Mediclaim Insurance, Paid Leave, and Holidays as per company policy
