Role Overview
The candidate will play a critical role in driving sales for the companys premium verticals, which cater to HNIs and UHNIs as part of our core clientele. This role demands a sales-first mindset with strong networking, follow-up, and relationship-building skills to generate traction among high-value clients. While the role involves coordination with marketing for deliverables and campaign tracking, the primary responsibility lies in sales execution and client acquisition.
The individual will be expected to actively manage client interactions, build trust with premium clients, and ensure a seamless experience in line with the company’s positioning in the luxury and high-value markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales (Primary Focus)
- Identify, connect with, and build relationships with HNIs/UHNIs, architects, and other high-value client categories.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, networking events, and referrals.
- Maintain and update the daily sales tracker: record outreach, calls, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work with clear weekly and monthly sales targets, and present projections and achievements through structured reports.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with all assigned leads to ensure consistent engagement until closure (minimum 2 per week per lead).
- Prepare and deliver impactful pitches and presentations tailored to the premium client segment.
- Ensure the structured Sales SOP is followed:
- Lead sourcing and qualification.
- Initial outreach and introduction call (within 24 hours).
- Follow-up communication via call, WhatsApp, or email.
- Scheduling client meetings/presentations.
- Documenting outcomes and next steps.
- Closing and handholding through the onboarding process.
- Demonstrate strong skills in communication, persuasion, and negotiation: explain value beyond price, handle objections tactfully, and close deals while protecting margins.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships: develop trust, generate referrals, and engage HNIs/UHNIs with emotional intelligence.
- Show grit and resilience in handling rejections, problem-solving creatively, and pushing deals forward until closure.
- Recognize buying signals and move confidently toward closure by aligning timelines, quotations, and delivery, ensuring advance payment is secured.
- Stay organized: manage multiple leads across verticals, maintain accurate reports, and ensure 100% CRM/tracker compliance.
- Remain self-motivated and accountable: work independently, meet targets, and escalate bottlenecks when needed.
2. Marketing Coordination
- Track marketing deliverables on a project tracker and follow up with agencies for daily updates.
- Ensure timely delivery of content, creatives, and shoots for campaigns.
- Collect and review monthly performance reports (SEO, ads, social media traction) and compare against expected deliverables before approving invoices.
- Coordinate between internal stakeholders (directors, marketing, and external teams) for campaign planning, photoshoots, and ad material.
- Maintain a Project Tracker for all marketing deliverables (daily/weekly).
- Compare agreed deliverables vs. actual output monthly against invoices.
- Negotiate invoice amounts if deliverables or outcomes (e.g., SEO, reports, creatives) fall short of expectations.
- Before approving payments, escalate to the Managing Director for review and sanction.
3. Reports & Documentation
- Maintain a sales tracker showing:
- Calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, meetings scheduled.
- Conversion ratios and sales projections.
- Prepare weekly sales projection reports to show productivity and traction.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and outcomes for transparency.
- Collect and review SEO reports, social media analytics, and other performance reports from agencies every month.
- Compile and present summarized reports to management for evaluation.
4. Ad-Hoc Coordination
- Assist in scheduling shoots for projects (coordinate between directors, shoot team, and agencies).
- Support directors with ad-hoc requirements such as research, presentations, or third-party coordination.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2+ years in Sales, Marketing Coordination, or Client Servicing.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi-task across sales, marketing, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics (SEO, social media).
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace for tracking and reporting.
