We're Hiring: Business development Executive

Key Responsibilities of a BDE:

Identify relevant projects on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr).
Write compelling and tailored proposals/bids for projects.
Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs.
Convert leads into successful deals/projects.
Coordinate with internal teams (tech, design, etc.) to deliver accurate estimates.
Maintain client relationships and follow up on proposals.

Must-Have Skills:

Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Strong understanding of digital services (web dev, app dev, design, SEO, etc.).
Research and lead generation ability.
Proposal writing & client handling.
Basic knowledge of platforms like Upwork, Fiverr.
