As a Business Development Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in identifying and converting high-potential leads, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and driving revenue growth. If you excel in a fast-paced B2B environment and have a knack for making compelling pitches, we are looking for someone like you. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete sales cycle from connecting with potential clients to closing deals and ensuring post-sale relationship management for seamless execution. - Build and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise partners, whether they are SMBs or large enterprises, to foster business growth. - Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to acquire and onboard new enterprise clients, establishing long-term partnerships. - Achieve or surpass sales targets by identifying opportunities in the enterprise market and closing high-value deals. - Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs to provide valuable feedback for service enhancement and new business development. - Lead negotiations and oversee the contract lifecycle with enterprise clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. - Regularly track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and pipeline developments to the leadership team. Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales professional, specializing in selling Digital Marketing, Accounting, SaaS, Consulting, or Technology solutions to small, medium, or large enterprises. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. - Proficiency in managing large-scale accounts with a focus on relationship-building and customer success. - Self-driven, results-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams. - Familiarity with CRM tools and enterprise sales processes is preferred. - Possess an analytical mindset to assess client needs and provide customized solutions.,
