Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth targets for IT services and Staff Augmentation
  • Qualify leads and conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and pain points
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand service capabilities, tailor solutions to meet client needs, and develop compelling proposals and quotes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing excellent customer service
  • Actively seek out potential leads and new client acquisition through various online channels
  • Demonstrating the attributes of the company's services and guiding potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or account management in IT and Staff Augmentation services
  • Good Knowledge of IT services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or related areas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
