Job Description

Skills:

Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tender management.

Knowledge of the GEM platform and its functionalities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the government or public sector, with a focus on tenders and procurement.

Experience working on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) platform is highly desirable.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engg. & Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. Postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
