Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Chandigarh / Nearby Areas (Preference to local candidates)

Experience: 2-3 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the market.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
• Understand clients' business needs and present tailored solutions for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Lead sales presentations and negotiations to close deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Manage client accounts, providing post-sale support and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Track and report on sales performance using CRM software and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and networking events to promote the company’s services.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Business Development or related sales roles.
• Strong understanding of business development strategies and market research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates based in Chandigarh or nearby areas will be given preference.

Preferred Skills:

• Good knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
