Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to join our pharmaceutical and nutraceutical division. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a B2B environment, helping expand our client base through relationship-building and strategic sales.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building client relationships, and supporting senior team members in driving business growth for our private label and contract manufacturing services.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and partnerships within the market.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, while actively developing new business relationships to drive sales.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, using the insights to inform business development strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company’s services and products.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure successful contract execution and client onboarding.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals and improve service offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular updates to senior management regarding targets and progress.
  • Gather customer feedback, concerns, and insights, working to address any issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive company revenue growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. A relevant Master’s degree can be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • We are looking for candidates with 6 months -1 years of prior experience in sales preferably with Pharma sales experience

· Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis.

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on qualification and interview)
