Business Development Executive - JD

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a key role in expanding Vispan’s local business network by building strong relationships with manufacturing companies, scheduling meetings, understanding their business needs, and introducing Vispan’s digital and marketing services as the ideal solution for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify potential manufacturing and industrial clients within Gujarat and nearby regions.
  • Research and shortlist companies through online directories, trade networks, and local business events.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM regularly.
  • Client Meetings & Communication
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand business pain points and marketing needs.
  • Present Vispan’s service offerings confidently, highlighting benefits relevant to the manufacturing industry.
  • Build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and trust-based communication.
  • Sales Coordination
  • Collaborate with the Lead BDE and internal marketing team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Ensure clear communication between clients and internal departments for project execution.
  • Assist in closing deals and achieving monthly targets.
  • Market Research & Insights
  • Stay updated with local industry trends, competitors, and market behaviors.
  • Identify potential sectors for expansion and propose outreach strategies.
  • Making a proper Research report based on the meeting and client request.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain daily logs of calls, meetings, and lead progress.
  • Report performance updates to the Lead BDE with clarity and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales (preferably local market).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be comfortable with frequent field visits and client meetings.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
