Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and market research. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and attending industry events. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions using the company’s products or services. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless client experience. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system. Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (industry-specific experience is a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
