Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with hands-on exposure to Upwork bidding and proposal writing for web development and digital marketing projects. The role involves identifying business opportunities, writing customized proposals, and engaging with international clients to generate leads and close projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of freelance platforms, especially Upwork
• Analyze client requirements and prepare customized, high-conversion proposals
• Bid on web development, website design, and digital marketing projects on Upwork
• Handle online bidding, proposal drafting, and client communication
• Engage with potential clients to answer queries, clarify scope, and build trust
• Follow up on submitted proposals to improve conversion and deal closure
• Maintain and optimize the company’s Upwork profile, portfolio, and project listings
• Track activities, leads, and proposals using timesheets and reporting tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical feasibility and timelines
• Communicate ideas clearly and present solutions confidently to clients
