JOB DESCRIPTION Unisol Communications Private Limited Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Department: K R Puram, Bangalore Reports To: Sales Head Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting sales activities. This role requires a basic understanding of networking products and a strong interest in business development and client interaction. Key Responsibilities: Identify and explore new business opportunities through market research and prospecting. Perform cold calling to potential leads and follow up on inbound inquiries. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand and effectively communicate the company’s products, services, and offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and solution offerings. Maintain records of sales leads and client interactions in the CRM system. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Basic understanding of networking products and IT solutions is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during outbound efforts.
