Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to closing. You’ll work closely with our marketing, sales, and technical teams to promote our digital services and ensure client satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.)
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into prospects through presentations and demos
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of potential clients in domestic and international markets

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions

Proposal & Documentation

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
  • Assist in contract negotiations and deal closures

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new service areas
  • Provide strategic input for business growth and marketing initiatives

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain CRM tools and sales reports
  • Coordinate with the project and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery

What We’re Looking ForExperience

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT or software services)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Skills & Tools

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiar with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and MS Office
  • Understanding of software services and digital product lifecycle
  • Ability to handle pressure, meet targets, and work independently
