In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for blockchain projects.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our clients and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and development teams, to gather and document business requirements for blockchain and digital payment projects.
• Analysis and Documentation: Analyze and document detailed business processes, user stories, and functional specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform project decision-making and drive improvements.
• Blockchain Expertise: Leverage your expertise in blockchain technology to provide insights and recommendations on how blockchain can be applied to solve business challenges.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test cases and ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to blockchain and digital payments. Propose and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on blockchain and digital payment solutions.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and documentation.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
