We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is passionate about sales, client relationships, and business growth in the digital marketing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
• Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Website Development, Paid Ads, Branding, etc.) to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Work with the marketing team to create customized strategies for clients.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Keep updated with the latest trends and competitor activities in the digital marketing industry.
• Maintain accurate records of sales leads, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (0.6–3 years) in sales/business development, preferably in Digital Marketing/IT services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.) is a plus.

Salary Range: ₹15000 + Incentives
