Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive who has hands-on expertise with lead generation and conversion. You should be capable of managing the full sales cycle, from proposal writing to client closure, without hand-holding.

This role is for beginners. We’re hiring someone who:

  • Ability to generate leads and drive results, not just send messages
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email marketing
  • Familiarity with bulk WhatsApp marketing tools is a plus
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the IT services sales domain

Core Responsibilities:

  • Someone who can take ownership of lead generation
  • Result-oriented mindset with clear follow-ups
  • Confidence in pitching IT services professionally
  • Analyze posted projects and write tailored proposals with strong technical understanding.
  • Communicate with clients professionally (chat/call) to qualify and convert leads.
  • Generate regular qualified leads for Web, Mobile Apps, Shopify, Branding, and SaaS projects.
  • Coordinate with the internal tech team to define project scope, estimates, and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate lead pipelines and daily reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • No experience required.
  • Intermediate written and spoken English communication.
  • Basic understanding of services like:
  • Least amount of Knowledge of Web Development (React, Laravel, WordPress, etc.)
  • Least amount of Knowledge of Mobile Apps (React Native, Flutter)
  • Least amount of Knowledge of Shopify & eCommerce
  • Least amount of Knowledge of Branding & UI/UX
  • Proposal writing skills tailored to individual clients and project needs.
  • Client handling maturity – understanding timelines, budgets, and scope negotiation.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fiverr, or Freelancer.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Trello, or Jira.
  • Confidence in handling Zoom/Google Meet client calls.
