Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team! As a key member of our business development unit, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads and expanding our customer base through cold calling and telephonic outreach. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and building relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and identify business opportunities
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
• Understand client needs and offer solutions that meet those needs
• Achieve and exceed monthly lead-generation and sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends and client feedback

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lead generation or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of a regional language is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a passion for sales
• Comfortable with making a high volume of cold calls daily
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in business development, sales, or customer service
• Familiarity with CRM software
• A confident and professional phone presence
