We are in search of enthusiastic and skilled individuals to become part of our growing team as Business Development Executives. Established in 2005, Surekha Exports, a leading Indian artificial sports construction company, has amassed over 18 years of industry experience. With a successful track record of completing 700+ projects nationwide, we specialize in delivering innovative and sustainable synthetic sports surfaces for various athletic disciplines, maintaining top-notch quality and performance standards. As a Business Development Executive at Surekha Exports, your responsibilities will include: - Handling calls with a pleasant and friendly demeanor - Ensuring overall customer satisfaction through prompt responses and call backs - Segmenting clients based on their status and overseeing sales monitoring - Implementing and executing follow-up plans to maintain customer satisfaction - Employing sales strategies to achieve successful closures - Providing daily progress reports on sales and inquiries - Maintaining proper documentation of business leads and sales records - Capitalizing on business opportunities through effective marketing skills - Conducting presentations and business meetings with clients - Proficiency in online or digital marketing and possessing strong analytical skills - Possessing a valid driving license and willingness to travel to meet key clients - Demonstrating a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for sales research - Preference for candidates with experience in project sales - Regular reporting to the management - Cultivating strategic relationships with clients for product upgrades, repairs, and reworks Requirements for candidates: - 3-5 years of total experience, including project and material sales - Preference for male candidates - Ability to close leads and deals provided frequently - Proficiency in negotiating with multiple languages - Willingness to travel out of state if required - Strong language and math skills for accurate quotations and tender submittals Languages required: - Fluent in Malayalam, English, Hindi, and Tamil Additional job details: - Performance rewards for exceptional sales achievements - Attractive incentives for meeting monthly targets - Generous incentives for each sale beyond the monthly target (details to be discussed during the interview) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Internet reimbursement Schedule: - Day shift - Performance bonus Experience: - Sales: 1 year (Required) Language: - Hindi (Required) - English (Required) Work Location: In person,
